In 2023, Asheville Sister Cities visited our sister city in Greece, Karpenisi. Many of us admired the magnificent street cats of the town and took pictures of them. This 2025 calendar represents some of the most photogenic felines of Karpenisi. The calendar costs $15 and all proceeds go to the town of Karpenisi’s funds to aid people in need and the Agonas Zois charity for people from Karpenisi recovering from cancer. All proceeds from the calendar will be divided between these two causes. These pictures were all taken on our 2023 delegation to Karpenisi and the calendar was designed by Patricia Freeman.
